By creating an account, browsing listings, or purchasing any product on DigiVaults ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

DigiVaults hosts a range of digital goods including bulk images, Excel templates and formulas, code snippets, mini projects, and videos. Unless stated otherwise on the product listing:

• Purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of purchased files is not permitted unless explicitly stated by the seller.
• Each listing may carry its own specific license terms, which take precedence over this general clause.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers listing products on DigiVaults confirm that they own the rights to, or have proper authorization to distribute, any content they upload. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including pricing, descriptions and licensing terms.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed through our supported payment partners. Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious, infringing, or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass payment or download protections.
• Use the Platform to distribute stolen or pirated material.
• Misrepresent product contents, licensing, or origin.

7. Intellectual Property

The DigiVaults name, logo and platform design are the property of DigiVaults. Ownership of individual products remains with their respective sellers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiVaults acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of individual products beyond what is stated in our Refund Policy. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, repeated policy violations, or distribution of prohibited content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
